Park Royal

Park Royal was the grand name given to a piece of land where an unsuccessful attempt was made to establish a fixed ground for the Royal Agricultural Society Annual Show. Before the First World War the land was built over and the name became that of a district.

The station was opened as PARK ROYAL & TWYFORD ABBEY on 23 June 1903; re-sited 6 July 1931 and re-named PARK ROYAL.
